Partner with FORSOIL
FORSOIL structures and coordinates fuel transactions between qualified counterparties. We work with buyers, suppliers, asset owners and investors, always under a process of qualification and due diligence.
Each partnership path responds to a distinct counterparty profile and follows its own admission process. Choose the option that best describes your position to start the right conversation.
For buyers
A structured channel for professional fuel requirements. We capture specification, indicative volume, desired incoterm and timing, so we can coordinate with qualified supply counterparties in an orderly, traceable way.
For suppliers
We accept profiles only from qualified producers, refineries, title holders, authorised mandates and established trading companies. Every supplier is required to disclose their exact legal and commercial role in the chain. Brokers are not automatically excluded, but the role must be declared explicitly for the proposal to be evaluated.
For station and land owners
Confidential submission of operating stations, licensed projects, brownfield assets and development land. Each submission is evaluated individually against a framework of legal, operational and commercial criteria.
For investors and infrastructure partners
Station acquisitions, network development, logistics infrastructure, co-investment, operating partnerships and strategic market entry. Each conversation is structured individually around the investor's profile and horizon.
FORSOIL does not promise funding or the completion of any transaction. Every collaboration is subject to a process of qualification, due diligence and final agreement between the parties.
